For this final discussion, where do you see your career 2 years from now? Do you want to stay in the current job, position or do you want to change to a different role?

Two years from now I do hope to have aquired a leadership position. I currently work within college athletics of which I would want to hold a different role with leadership roles within two years especially after completing my graduate degree. I am not currently within the health care field so if I do change jobs, I hope to have a leadership role within the health care sector. I am currently still deciding whether I want to continue to grow within my current employment and possibly going into sports medicine or eventually switching to a position directly/ strictly related to healthcare.

Two years from know I do not see myself in my current job. I graduate school next year so I would be using all of the knowledge learned to lead a team to succeed. I see myself in leadership role that I am able to utilize all that I have learned working in the healthcare system and also graduate school.
