I had to play an online simulation game on business strategy, where I was running my own company( c company or CT n A), I was producing footwear, and we were competing against another 11 companies in 4 different regions and in 2 different markets ( branded production and private label), and we had to take decisions regarding pricing, quality of materials used, plant capacity, distribution channels… a very decisions that we’ve made at the end of the year we had the result with my kpis for that year.( eg decision made in year 12 resulted in our kpis for year 13), and now we have to produce a report where briefly we have to say about this game what this means, to make the time line for my company… from all this 10 years played we have to pick 4 key events year to produce balance scorecards and also bcg matrix, and to explain which decisions we had made on those years and how this decision influenced our company kpis… the report has to be maximum 6000 words but the average is around 4500 this depends how well we can explain what we did during this simulation game… all pages have to be numbered and also the cover page has to have the word count on it…
